Weihnachten steht unsere nächste kleine Aktion an. Wir bringen noch einmal "neue Schultaschen" nach Hill. Wir lassen diese in Kathmandu nähen, das Stück kostet ca. 8 Euro. Wie bei unseren ersten "Schultaschenaktion" wollen wir die Kinder auch mit neuen Heften für das Schljahr 2020/21 ausstatten. Es bleibt uns nichts anderes übrig als diese vor Ort schon Weihnachten zu kaufen und ins Dorf zu bringen, auch wenn das Schuljahr erst im März/April neu beginnt.

Dafür brauchen wir einfach nur Geld. :) Der Transport wird wohl wieder am ehesten kostspielig, da ich die hart arbeitenden Träger sowie unsere Jeep Fahrt "normal" belohnen möchte.

Wir freuen uns über jegliche Unterstützung.

Christmas will be another trip into the village. We will bring new school bags and new exercise books (for the upcoming term in March/April) to all the children at the school in Hill (about 40). We will get the bags sewn in Kathmandu and we are ready to get the transport going as soon as I get there.

All we need is some money. To get a school bag sewn will be about 8 Euros a piece. Then the transport will cost a bit, since I want to pay the Jeep driver and the porters their regular pay for carrying school bags and the (heavy) exercise books into the village. Whatever anyone can donate .. it helps.

Just to let you know the next thing we are working on and spending extra money on.
