Thanks to Käthe WE got these beautiful socks for our children in Hill and KTM! With Nima AS our “carrier” they have already reached Nepal and after “godchild Maya” and her brothers have chosen their favoriten ones the rest will travel with us into the mountains soon! Thanks heaps Käthe!!!! I will get pictures of their final destinations. Happy feet!  

Hey Y’all and Namaste 🙂   It has been a while since I updated this here, but this doesn’t mean, our association has slept.. 🙂 It is great because things happen silently but they  do happen. I was lucky to have two visitors from Nepal this year. Nima was able to spend three months here getting to know some of the “Godparents” of our “Hill-children” himself and learning lots of new things. One of the new experiences was “how to

I will still have to organize the transport .. but luckily my other transporting problem has just been solved. Biswo has taken the school maps which the school has gotten rid of…  well .. we could call this … “thrown away” .. To Nepal

Es hat etwas gedauert.. die Zeit rast und trotz Stille tut sich ja doch immer etwas. Die JWS Maichingen hat ihre Schülerfirma aufgelöst und die Musterstücke an uns gespendet. Transport werde ich noch organisieren müssen. Aber die nächste Reise ins Dorf nach Solukhumbu steht ja auf dem Plan. Weiter wurde massig Kartenmaterial im Zuge der Digitalisierung an der Schule vernichtet, von denen ich mir einige für Nepal gesichert hatte. Mit Biswo, der 6 Wochen zu Besuch in Europa war konnte

“grüß Gott” – oder eben “Namaste” kurz eine kurze Info, ich mache derzeit eine Reisepause, da die Schulferienpreise für Flüge nach Nepal etwas in die Höhe geschnellt sind. Unseren Patenkindern geht es prima. NOCH haben wir einige Patenkinder auf der Liste, die einen Sponsor suchen 🙂 Also FALLS jemand 10 Euro pro Monat “erübrigen” kann 🙂 Wir sind dankbar!
